Tried verifying game files ,updating gpu drivers, run as admin, launch option -dx11, capping FPS..
I'm lost
Probably going to sound silly but sometimes restarting your PC helps. I've had a few games where I had to either restart Steam or restart my PC after installing.
Not that you asked me, but - ALL of them. I'm autistic like that.

If you have a 13th or 14th gen intel it causes crashing issues with EAC.
You may need to cap the active cores to 52x(you can use intel xtu).
In intel XTU go to advanced tuning under Performance Active Core Tuning set all the active cores to 52x, and save it as a profile named anything other than Default.
Then go to profiles, select the one you just made, push the show values button, apply should light up yellow(push it) or it will tell you it's already been applied(more likely the first time).
You need to launch xtu whenever you restart your pc and apply the profile.
The side benefit is your cpu will run cooler.
that's like 33% of the game I'm locked out of.
