How do I exit the game

Saving the game is easy but how do I exit the game?

at the bottom it will say how to return to title to then exit if you dont want to just alt f4, which I dont like to do myself

Open the menu, hit CTRL to return to the title screen, and exit the game from there.

In the weird pad menu, click the button that says "Return to Title Screen" at the bottom, then click Yes. Then go to the bottom of the title screen where it says "Quit Game".
Make sure to manually save beforehand to not lose any progress!!

For me just save and once is done Alt + F4
