Deluxe Items on Cross-Save.

So, I have this game on Family share and the DLC is not accessible through that. My family member has a save through family share. They purchased the Deluxe edition on the switch. If they transfer their save file from the PC family share save to the Switch that owns the DLC will the DLC items be available?

Nope, dlc/deluxe items are not transferrable/cross-savable. They wrote somewhere that you'll have to buy the dlc again on your other platform.

So if the other platform has the DLC but the one that the save is from does not, the save on the new platform will not have the items?

From the FAQ: "Due to platform restrictions on paid content, Digital Deluxe Edition bonuses cannot be used if the Cross-Save destination is the Standard Edition.
To use the Digital Deluxe Edition bonuses on another platform via Cross-Save, you'll need to either purchase the Digital Deluxe Edition again on that platform, or if you already own the Standard Edition there, purchase the Edition Upgrade (Digital Deluxe).
If you're playing on a platform where only the Standard Edition is owned, the bonus content will not be available.
However, you can access the bonuses again by returning to the platform where you originally purchased the Digital Deluxe Edition."

You should be able to use the bonuses on the Switch, they just won't be usable on PC.

Unfortunately, no. You will have to buy Digital Deluxe for each platform.

EDIT: Looks like I got beaten by a couple of seconds. Ah well.
