Do we know if this will get upgraded performance and graphics on Switch 2 compared to Switch?

Yup. I already own a Steam Deck.

Hope to do some cross platform play, hence the questions. The S2 launch is shortly after FL releases, so it would be nice to know if it’s supported.

i seen screenshot that crossplay is supported, where each player was from a differend system, steam,switch,xbox,playstation, i alsol saw another screenshot that there might be ingame icons above the player heads that show you on wich device there on

I know crossplay support is there, just wondering if it will be available for the Switch 2, and if it will be enhanced.

I'm gonna be real with you I DONT think there will be a switch 2 edition.

Level 5 hasn't been doing well mainly because they dont flipping ADVERTISE their games, they stretched themselves out way too thin with tooo many projects at once. So much so they ended up delaying a bunch of games. Its ridiculous.

BECAUSE OF THAT, I dont think Level 5 will put in the extra effort of making a switch 2 version, not even make added content for those that play their switch copy on switch 2. The switch 2 market will be too small since its a brand new system. I dont think they will put in the extra effort for it.

PLUS imagine IF Level 5 did make new story content or something exclusive for the switch 2. It would mess up cross play with everyone else, plus people would basically be cheated if they didnt get FLi on switch. :/











buy hey at least switch players wouldnt have to deal with EAC ammirite? :D

they need to start doing more marketing and getting the games on pc that nintendo isn't holding hostage start building more mulltiplat audience

even if it does knowing what nintendo's pulling it has a high chance of costing extra or being an additional download not that it concerns me i'm passing on the switch 2 for two big reasons i have others but will just talk about my main ones. reasons one is the current pricing but the other is them just releasing an oled version somewhere down the line

There are only like 2 games that have an optional $10 upgrade for switch 2, everything else gets upscaled for free...

I also heard from people who went to the event that they couldn't tell a difference between the switch 2 screen and their OLED. I think you are stressed about the wrong things and misled by rumors and misinformation

I didn't see what the pricing will be for the switch 2 version BUT the "upgrade pack" for upgrading the normal switch version will be 300 yen (about $2.80)

So here's hoping nintendo or level 5 DONT charge us $5-10 just cause >:(
