Disappearing save file issue?
Is anyone else facing this issue?
I orginally open the game in the local file "NFL1". Was able to play the game, but when I click the play button on steam for fantasy life. All my save file is gone and is asking me to start a new game.
Go back to re-click the "NFL1" in local file and my save still there.

Any idea why its doing this? Or if you experience it as well?

no idea but seems like a great way to actually have multiple save files.

I am just now having the opposite problem, coming back after closing the game for a few hours. It crashes on launch from Steam now - works if I launch it from NFL1 but then can't find my save.

I remember the 3DS game was odd because it stored its save data in some kinda unusual way that made it a pain to back them up, maybe something similar? But why?

Okay so weirdly enough? Doing this fixed my issue with it crashing on launch from steam. Save file now is accessible and intact where I left it. Dunno why, but wouldn't be the first time buggy anti-cheat made a game unplayable only for paying customers lol.

From the Steam app, right click on the game, select "Manage", then "Browse local files". In the folder that opens you will see a file named "GameBootstrapper.ini", make a backup then edit the original. Change the line that starts with "ApplicationPath" (should be the first line) to "ApplicationPath=Game\Binaries\Win64\NFL1-Win64-Shipping.exe" without the quotation marks.

This should disable EAC for this game.

(This is based on the file to disable EAC found in the game's thread on Fearless Evolution, BTW; I didn't exactly test it, as I'll only be purchasing this game when it has a sale, since it came quite a bit more expensive than I was expecting.)
