edit/ move water or pond on base camp?

Do you know if you can edit your pond to remove parts of the pond? and make the stream go to another part of the camp? Like how you can remove the terrain, but for the water.

edit: I found it. It is in the depths, There are parts on the floor in the depth floor 4. You give it to Hagram, and you are able to edit the water then.

Both of the upgrades are in the Depths.
Pathing is in B2 and Water is in B3.
It is in the "last" room on either floor.
So just take the elevator down one level further and go up from there.

yeah i get the frustration, pass 60-70 hrs in and I still dont have the water terraforming unlock when i want to go all out on customizing the island.

I heard its unlock right near end game which is retarded , excuse my language
