Visiting the bone dragon
After collecting 10k for Anne you're given the option to leave the island. Does this lock you out of anything, achievements or otherwise? Primarily curious because I don't want to miss any random side stories, but I'm trying to unlock things like multiplayer (and I'm assuming that unlocks with story progression).

No. You return to that area soon enough. That's more or less the end of the prologue.

Nope, you’ll be back soon and everything’s just like when you left, as far as I’ve seen with the achievements there isn’t any missable ones

Read the warning the game gives you. the area and quests are on hold until you return.

I did, but not everything gives a full stop "point of no return" notification. I was being cautious and checking with those who have passed that part.
