What level for Fledgling

I'm almost level 19 and still a novice this grinding is driving me up the wall. There aren't even any quest to help level up my paladin and the teacher is useless. Is there a bug because all I do is go around kill monsters, leave the area, repeat until I level up. Am I missing something this gane has ZERO guidance.

You have to complete the quest given by the Paladin master (who is in the guild building). Levels do not matter for ranks.

I believe I was level 2 or 3 when I completed the novice quest.

Remember the tutorial you ignored the first life you did that told you that you complete star quests to get star points to rank up?

that is how you rank up.

Lol I didn't ignore it the quest wasn't selected for some reason........

Life level is different from Life Rank/Title,
You have to complete your first quest for Fledgling,
after that you complete challenges in your Life journal to collect points.

just dont rank up too much because newer ranks needs you to be higher levels

most of all that level 30 dragon you need to fight latter on.
