Are the video sequences super slow for you guys as well? Everything is moving in SLO mo here. Gameplay is unaffected though

Yes! Wow, I just posted about that. All of my beginning cut scenes were in slow motion!

Is your graphics card at least the minimum recommendation? Try to lower the graphics quality. Slow cut scenes is def your hardware, not the game.

I have a fairly new PC. Haven't had any issues with more intensive games, but I was sitting here staring at the beginning cut scenes, wondering what made them feel so sluggish.

What are yall's graphic cards? If a lot of people using one same card has this problem it might be the game after all. I'm watching like 3 different streams and they all had no problems with the cutscenes.

Try turning off VSynch and capping the FPS to 30 in the game options. This it what fixed it for me

Thank you! I was wondering wtf was going on, too. I was like "did I change a setting???" It was driving me crazy. This absolutely fixed the issue.

Turning on Hardware-accelerated GPU settings fixed it for me. Settings > System > Display > Graphics Settings and switch it on.
