Did you even test this game before (or after) putting it out there in the world?

As the subject line asks, it does not appear as if this game was tested before (OR THE 6 YEARS AFTER) the game was put out. No wonder it's only selling for $1.50 now!

My high-end machine should NOT be dealing with neither memory lag NOR graphics lag, especially for something on such a low-level engine.
