Daily tasks

Sry for the probaly dumb and obvious question but How do you start or assign Daily tasks? I never got the info how to do it and I ever mange to find out how to do it.

Next to Workshop in bottom screen, there's a TASK icon, click it. Then tap the three empty tasks, just below there's a refresh button.

Thank you for your replay. I saidly dont seem to have it. I only have Cards next to Workshop. Can I only unlock it after the Sea area?

Yeah you'll unlock it in fourth district /area.
