Most likely not. I'd like to do something like this in the future though.

there was never an editor for Blood, I don't think. even if you could use one, you would have to do the conversion for every part in the game. the game didn't carry over from 1 to 2. Doom was able to do that back in the 90's and i used that to convert D1 map and D2. but that was easy.

Blood 1 yes, it has an editor. It comes (in the CD version) in the game data folder. It's called MapEditor, for the Build Engine (like Duke Nukem and Shadow Warrior). In Blood 2, they are using LithTech 1 engine and I don't know anything about a map editor for it. They've changed the engines.
