how do you swim UP
like.. crouch swims down, space does not swim up, there is no swim up key to bind, idk wtf to do. I may be retarded, but can anyone help, i cant do anything lol.

Jump does make you swim up; Check that you don't have Space bound to both Jump and Crouch (can happen)

Turns out OPEN was also bound to space, and it prevented me from swimming up with it, but not jumping lol. Problem solved! ty
