Won't Start

I've tried a myriad of things, including replacing the PhysX version, double and triple checking that I had all the DX9 files installed, trying the files from dgvoodoo2, nothing. Hit play and it immediately goes back from Stop to Play without even launching a window. I'm on an ROG Ally with the AMD Z1 Extreme chip and Win11 24H2, and yes trying windows compatibility did nothing.
