Edit: Nope, it doesn't says Hayden, it says Tenno Model 2100: http://i.imgur.com/tE92xT7.png
M and H, L and N look very similar in Tenno alphabet, maybe i messed Excalibur translation too
The translation looks pretty mess up to me. I mean it looks different to me as well. I'm just trying to figure this out, however, it doesn't make sense to me.

And also there are two an unknown language.
And also this was suggest by fan translation too.

Apperently in livestream 10 by the DEVS. They confirmed Hayden Tenno is the FIRST tenno.
citation needed though.
Basicly in short, after the dark sectors (which were named "badlands" before) released, the devs changed their mind. In short the original Dark Sector (This game) to be the actual lore of the Warframe universe.
Your comment only makes half sense. But i think i can understand what you are saying seeing as i have been part of this thread for as long as i can remember.
I thought about DS when I first heard about warframe. I also had them both side by side on my desk top. They also both have lotus icons. Now it all makes sence.
Probably mutated strain of the original virus, like it was modified by Orokin or mutated by itself
IIRC I think part of the lore is pretty much that. The orokin mutated the original technocyte virus to combat their enemies, but they couldn't control it. Hence where warframe sits at now I think.
In Dark Sector you can see Hayden Tenno start to have his flesh twisted by the Virus.
Eventually you get the Prototype armor which amplify your powers. This is also what the Orokin might have based their Warframes on. (MIGHT) We never get to see how Hayden skin actually start to look like after some time under that frame.
I don't think the games are actually related. I think the games are just very similar.
DE has pretty much been mum on both universes. Some of the lore seems to point out that the majority of the people who were encased in the warframes were corrupted by the void and had to be sealed in them to avoid some sort of issue because the orokin were already taking lots of risks and losses and had nothing else to rely on.
The games I think are related, but just in different universes. There are so many references to DS(like the limited release excalibur skin and glaive skin) in warframe that it's not even funny.
Stalker's lore entry is so vague. I really wish DE would expand on him more. His entry reads like an overzealous religious follower and makes little sense. But it could have been deliberate on DE's side. Still, it'd be nice to have stalker evolve with the games' content.

Their universe were tied or separate. Due to community asked DE if it was tied with Dark Sector. However, DE said both is and is not. It was reference and related with Warframe, take an example of Excalibur Proto-Armor Skin's description:
Discovering the precise nature of this recently uncovered armored prototype has proved elusive. Initial attempts at dating point to ancient origins, perhaps even predating Orokin Empire
BTW the thread was even old.
