It does work on W11 just gotta use some fixes

Yeah I gave up and uninstalled it too, I don't think it's worth the hassle.
I'm on Win 10, I only tried to set compatibility mode to Windows 7. I guess I could try other things - i.e. uninstalling some of those components I have which are newer and put in the ones in the game folder (slightly newer might also work), but as many others I've a huge pile of shame so I'll just pass onto something else.
Which might be path of exile 2 today, so much for the growing, hopeless pile of shame :)

Have you tried dgVoodoo2? It's a little program that I love for older games like this that won't work well with modern OS.

You can try to check "Windows XP SP 2" or "WIndows 7" in the compatibility options for the executable, "DS.exe"
Also, dgVoodoo2 works!
