Game wont start up

i put the game on my c dive and and try to start it and nothing happens is there something I'm missing to start get the game to start up? if there help i be happy.

Me Too. The screen shifts to 640 x 480 it looks like for around 10 seconds then it returns to my normal desktop. That's all it seems it can do.

for i click play and nothing happens then the button return to just to a play button

it launches max 1024x768 put vsync on in control panel and launch it. My monitor is 1440 but still plays fine. Just don't increase the res otherwise it goes all psychedelic

Just change resolution from the config file, not in game.
