Flattened screen, if the monitor resolution is 2560x1440

Max game resolution is 1920x1080, but I have a monitor with 2560x1440 resolution. So when I start a game, the screen is flattened and I see black stripes below and above the screen. I tried to set it up both before- and in-game settings, but led to 4:3 size with worse resolution (even if I choose 1920x1080 in befor-game settings)

Put the Flatout 2 properties through Steam, give the option to run the config tool, run it and set a second graphic (I'm sure you have one graphic, but the game sees it differently).

that is because you have a two monitors, so you can choose a monitor on which you want to play the game, i have 3, and i see three gpus, probably because such an old game cant detect or read monitor info.
