How do you launch in Single/Multiplayer Stunts?

I honestly don't know. And please return to me as fast as possible. I really love stunts in this game!

In stunts while driving, you should hold the nitrous / boost button (I think it's normally the shift key unless it's been changed) and it angles your launch. Let go off the button at the desired angle, and your driver will go flying across the stadium :D
