This is a racing game from 2006.

I highly doubt the game engine was even optimized to HANDLE more than 60FPS.

Kinda late but still. I have 75Hz monitor and it runs on 75fps but capped. So there has to be a way to uncap it.

It has 100 FPS limit. Regardless the VSync setting FPS is always limited either by the screen refresh rate (if it is 100 Hz or lower) or by 100 FPS limit (if screen refresh rate is above 100 Hz).

Furthermore it is not recommended to disable VSync or to set the "Refresh Rate" setting in game setup to "Default" value as due to the bug game engine has this may lead to massive FPS drop down to 1..2 FPS in some cases.

If i disable VSync but won`t set refresh rate to Default i will still have fps drops to 1-2? If it is true i think it`s better to restart the game when fps drops than play with V-sync.

It is up to video driver and its settings.
If VSync is forced to be disabled, then yes, FPS drop problem may occur (in some cases). If VSync is disabled by default but is allowed to be specified by the application, then it should be no problem.

In any case, it is better to keep "Refresh Rate" set to any else value except "Default", as the latter does not give any effect (framerate won't get higher anyway) and is proven to be bug-unsafe.
