1: Don't hit barrels
2:Launch at 60-70°
3: Don't move during air time.
4:Repeat and practice.
PS: Always use the Ctrl to jump higher.
Honestly, High Jump is the least complex stunt of the 12 so if you're having problems with this one you're going to have problems with most of them... well not baseball, that one's easy once you get the angle down (28-30 and nudge before hitting the spot).
In High Jump you launch your driver at 66 degrees and nudge on about half of the height (like 80-90 yards). If you managed to catapult yourself in proper place, you'll get around 160 yards, if not – you'll hit those scaffolds, and if you nudge too late, you're hit one of letters in HIGH JUMP sign.
But.. Nucleon is so too light and clinging to the barrels you will deviate too much in compared to other cars
