If you want more at the start of the game, I can recommend Call of Doodie: Space Marines.
That's a fine list for the start of the game, but I want to know how many there'll be by the end.
Well there's pretty much only four weapons missing from the deathwing arsenal:
Cyclone Missle Launcher
Power Halbred
Combi Bolter
Chainfist.
One day in a DLC perhaps? Hmmmmmm?...
You must be a Filthy Xeno!
Arsenal trailer if you haven't seen it:

I don't know very much about the lore and stuff, but would a cyclone missile launcher be practical inside a space hulk? Could be some cool power-up for a mission or something where you unleash hell on a wave of enemies or something. Just so we can try it.
Other than that I would like to see auto-cannon added, and more relic type of stuff. Love the idea of rapid plasma, and slow firing AC (almost like an auto-cannon I suspect). Maybe add a relic pattern for flamethrower as well in time.
Loyalists no longer use the Reaper Autocannon.
Cyclone missle launcher can make sense within the more open areas of the hulk. Gw have already given light to Cyclone Launchers within space hulk with SA:ascension.
Well, let's look at what we have and compare it to what the tabletop features.
Spear of Caliban Plasma Cannon
Plasma Cannon
Heavy Flamer
Vengeance Assault Cannon
Assault Cannon
Hellfire Storm Bolter
Redemption (Shotgun) Storm Bolter
Storm Bolter
Mace of Absolution
Thunder Hammer
Lightning Claws
Force Sword
Looking at the minis, what we could add would be:
Terminator Chainfist - Although that seems like it should be in already.
Force Axe - Slower swing, greater damage perhaps?
Force Halberd - Slower swing, greater reach.
Cyclone Missile Launcher - Not fit for Space Hulk, but let's consider rule of fun. Could be handwaved as having a specialist warhead that won't penatrate starship hulls.
Drill Fist - Seems to be a thing.

Grenade Launcher - Because apparently that was an option for the board game Deathwing expansion.
https://boardgamegeek.com/boardgameexpansion/13315/space-hulk-deathwing-expansion
Combi-Bolters - Flamer, Melta and Plasma. Depends on whether the lore permits the Deathwing to use them and whether the game has the interface to support different fire modes.

That's what Warhammer 40K canon has on offer, with the few exceptions others listed. There's no need for aything else, considering how powerful and effective some of these weapons are. This isn't CoD or CS:GO; the game is not going to revolve around the guns and lightning-quick repetetive PvP deathmatches.
Yeah, but still I am not 100% "follow ze lore or die!" type of person, I like the auto-cannons in Warhammer. It could be a relic from the old days before they discontinued it, and it's so powerful that 1 shot would have killed the God-Emperor and the Chaos Gods all together. So why wouldn't a terminator use it if he got his hands on it? Yes maybe a bit weaker than that, but you get the idea!
Because the Deathwing is using plasma cannons:

Also, a plasma cannon would be far better at dealing with a lot of enemies due to the splash radius of the plasma projectile. A mulit melta sounds nice at first and it certainly would also deal well with the Broodlord. But if a horde of normal Genestealers storms at you, you usually prefer something that can put down a lot of enemies in as short a time as possible. Even in the table top the mulit-melter would lose out in this case, as it neither has several shots (Stormbolter and Assault cannon) nor does it have the area of effect that a Heavy Flamer or Plasma Cannon have. Even the Cyclone would be a better choice if it is loaded with frag missiles, again due to the area of effect. Another reason why Terminators don't employ the Multi Melta might be found in the fact that it has a very short effective range and that in the range it would be effective they could also just charge at the vehicle or monstrous creature and hit it with their Power-/Chainfists.
