Can't unistall beta

So downloaded the beta back when it was up and now that I noticed I forgot to delete it it won't let me unistall

Any suggestions?

1. Go to Control Panel and uninstall it from there.

2. If it's not on the list, find it in Program Files and delete the folder. (Warning: Will Leave Registry Crap)

Tried both and nothing happens, never have had this this happen before.

That is because you don't find the files in the Program Files folder. Games are installed in your Steam folder, e.g. (in my case) O:\Steam\SteamApps\common\Space Hulk Deathwing BETA.

Found the folder there deleted it, got 12.7 GB back.

There might be a few save and/or configuration files on your system drive, though. I haven't checked that yet.

The STEAM folder is usually found in the Program Files (x86) folder.

Still looking for a way to delete nearly 2 years later, any way you guys or someone might be able to help me with this?

I found in the control panel, attempting to delete from there takes me to steam and nothing happens, I've contacted support on steam and they its a Microsoft issue and after talking with Microsoft they said its a steam issue so i'm stuck

Dude I literally built a new computer to get rid it lmao, your best bet is to wipe your PC tbh back up anything you don't wont first. Nothing they suggested worked btw
