And/Or centurions.
That is a chainfist
No! Just no. Keep those bloody abominations away from the Unforgiven.
If no Cents... what you would think of Dreadnoughts?
I played Space Hulk tabletop game with one of my friend who had 8 cardboard boxes filled with self-painted game figures. 1/4 of them were concentrating on space hulk. Other were from some other game (orcs and spaceships and stuff).
At that time I loved scifi and aliens and stuff and fell in love with Dreadnoughts (mecha). Great memories and this game makes me nostalgic :D
My friend created pretty awesome maps (molding and painting styrox with heated string or what you call it?) with castle ruins, debris, foliage and stuff. He was pretty talented and his works were like small masterpieces: with that small brush and painting needle combined with excellent handcraft skills.
It's been a long time from those awesome moments so my mind is kinda fuzzy about the tabletop game. What I remember (maybe falsely) that I loved to play with the morale(?) you know, you had a hero character and he's performance affected to your squad... not sure do I recall it correctly but it was pretty intense and fun :)
True and false, its dependant on the chapter, plenty of Deathwatch players i play with will have a chain eviscerator especially if there skills are based around chain weapons.
As for chain fists, that would BE HIGHLY LIKLY, as powerfists are not that great at busting through bulkheads and thats what the chain fist is made for, and ofcorse tickling brood lords brains.
Weapons i expected or combinations i would like to see, ANY RANGED WITH ANY MELEE COMBO.... you want a assault cannon and storm shield that actually was possible with deathwing terminators in like there 4rth codex.....
Heavy muli melta.
Heavy flamer in multi player.
Power Axe/ sword
Iron Halo......or powerfield generators......(come on his a psyker and the team leader and NO powerfield ? what herisy is this damn Belial is trying to kill this guy off "for the emporer" style.
As for pysker powers? 3 really? to biomancy to heal wounds? no psyker force domes? just a lighting bolt that sucks and a knock back that really has no point of you have a thunder hammer or a plasma cannnon in your team?....
All im saying is, IT may not feel vary Dark Angels or even vary 40k, but come on players love to have options AND experience the game they want to, and if were not going to realy get any, Then why dose the Dev or the assualt marine get to choose there own load out, Thats not vary 40k as the weapons they use are given to them, they do not choose there role...
