Is it possible to player the online solo?

After watching a Q+A video found out that the single player is only for the librarian.
So is it possible to play the online portion solo, as I would like to play the other classes.
If not then I`ll wait for a sale. Not gonna pay full price to play 1 class.

online you have access to the other classes and why solo just pull a team together

and as the librarian in the single player you can use any weapons they are just unlocked as you go or something i think.

In fact there isnt really any "classes" the librarian has psyker powers and all the other ones are just normal space marines your gear is all that really tells what "class you are.

Yes some people played the beta map in easy / solo and finished the mission.
Obviously it is only possible with Apothecary (self-healing).

Solo cause I hate pugs and I prefer to play solo.

Was hoping that maybe there was Ai to play with. Like if you can only get 2 players so other made up with AI.

Thats an good idea, i also prefer to play solo and the ai is already there. They only need to put those one from the singleplayer into the multiplayer and than you say follow me and its done.

I hope they make that in the future so that i dont must play the singleplayer campaign with the librarien in order to play solo. i personally prefer to play an terminator which wears one of those cool helmets.

Some maps you'll definitely be able to finish by yourself by just hosting a game and making it password protected. The latest single player video showed a level where one player/bot had to use a console continuously while the others protected him; not sure if that will be the case when playing the same map online, but it would make it impossible to play alone.

You could play the beta solo, so I guess it possible in final release too. But, it will be difficult to play with any class other than apothecary, since only apothecary can heal himself.
