Was concerned it might be to do with the mouse/computer as well as I am using a slightly older mouse and using my laptop but the fact that I'm not alone suggests that this must not be an isolated hardware issue.
This is super aggravating because I can't click anything in the right side of the screen.
Anyone else have a similar issue?
Do you have any scaling set on the Nvidia control pannel or elswhere? make sure its set to "no scaling" and not to "aspect ratio".
are you using DSR or some kind of "super-resolution" that upscales the resolution?
Please have a look at this topic. It seems to be a similar issue.

Let me know if this fixes your issue.
Thanks for the support!

I do not have the zoom feature enabled on my Windows 10 install, my desktop and browsers are all at 100% zoom. The linked thread did not seem to solve the issue.
What's your screen resolution?
Mélodie
1920x1080p at 60Hz.
I've run into the issue on other UE4 games now, and the only way to work around it is to either give up using the Windows Taskbar outside of the bottom default position, or to play in Windowed Fullscreen mode (which likewise doesn't always work with taskbars not being at the bottom).
Nice find!
