Chaplain Abilities - what are they?

Can someone tell me what the Chaplain actually does in terms of Abilities? There's no game description I can notice other than what is in French

it is hard to get as at least to me french text is corrupted around special letters, translator helps this far:

"something about remembering fallen allies for vengence"

"not fearing, or taking damage from short ranged weapons"

"the enemies undergo ???? that inflict on you, this returns their ????"

but the effect in-game remains as a mystery though.

my guess:

skill 1: rez the whole team
skill 2: damage reduction (for the whole team?)
skill 3: reflect damage back to the enemy

Skill 2 "litany of war" invulnerable 10s
Skill 3 "Retribution" reflect damage back to enemy
