Full-Auto Ult Animation Auto-Skip?

Is there a way to have Full-Auto USE the ultimate, but automatically skip the animation? I know you can tap the screen and it will allow you to skip it, but i figured i'd ask to see if i'm missing something. I know semi-auto turns off the ult use entirely but then you'd lose out on parts of the characters kits
