I don't understand. What is this game?
I watched the trailer for this game at the Game Awards and had zero idea what it was. I know it says it's a cat open-world game on the store page, but all of the pictures are just from the trailer, which just made me more confused.

Looks like a game where you create your cat, or cats, and then play or fight other cats. You can also grow your cat it seems (seeing as the small kitten falls from it's mother) and the Apple Watch app (like a Tamagotchi thing.) At least that's what it looks like to me. If that's the game I can't wait lol. If the gameplay is interesting but has NFTs, I just won't buy the NFTs in the game like I don't buy cosmetics. 🤷🏻‍♂️

From what I can gather it will be an NFT game where you buy an NFT cat then buy NFT clothing for it

NFT aren't allowed on Steam

Then the options become:

1) This game won't use NFTs
2) It will and they done goofed
3) It will but only on other platforms (Apple Watch, Nintendo)

4.there is no game and there will be ever no "game". there is only movie generated by ai, and "devs" use it to siphon money from donations, patronites and merchandise selling -btw allready on front page, rotfl. Then they just delete this game from steam and open 5 diffrent projects with difrent titles under "diffrent" company.

now question of the year is: how exactly this "game" get feautured on one most viewed right now steam page ???

It's an AI-based cryptoscam masquerading as a game.

They do, but thanks for throwing around your opinion without the slightest bit of valid information.

Articles:
Steam banned the use of cryptocurrencies and NFTs on its platform. In new platform guidelines released on October 15, 2021, Steam stated that users could not publish “applications built on blockchain technology that issue or allow the exchange of cryptocurrencies or NFTS.”

Valve made a stand by banning all blockchain games from its Steam platform, updating its policy documents to reflect the change

Actual steamworks documentation:

What you shouldn’t publish on Steam:

Applications built on blockchain technology that issue or allow exchange of cryptocurrencies or NFTs.

The next time you decide to make claims about what Valve does or doesn't care about, try actually reading their contract documentation, the majority of it is public through the steamworks document that all publishers/developers must agree to before being allowed to sell here.

Yes and?

1. The game doesn't exist yet, there's nothing to remove

2. There's no proof (yet) that it will in fact use NFT's or blockchain. There are plenty of other methods for creating a marketplace that are allowed by Valve

Why would Valve remove a game that doesn't exist that hasn't violated any rules yet?

Your question makes just as much sense as your original comment. (eg. None)

valve don't check every game that's submitted to steam, right now this game isn't even out, if it does come out and includes nfts it can be reported and valve will investigate and remove it from the store, that's how it works

You not only ignored the answer I already gave you. But you completely misread his answer.

It's unclear if you're trolling on purpose or unable to actually understand simple explanations.

same here. given the total lack of gameplay footage and details and the weird, vague storefront description i'm kind of dubious as to whether an actual game even exists. kind of smells like another The Day Before situation, except few people actually seem interested in playing this title. gonna give this one a wide berth.
