A few achievement questions.

[Novaborne]

1) Love For A Coin (Reach five stars at the Castle's Brothel) - I've recruited pretty much everyone I can by ACT 3, it's max stars, but no achievement.

2) Strong (Defeat Shagara in a duel) - she showed up at the castle, asked for a duel, I went outside, fought in the duel, defeated her and no achievement.

3) For I Am Eternal (Follow Mayla's guidance and ascend to hellish godhood) - so there is a quest in my main quest section of the log, saying Mayla has a contingency plan, talk to the Succubus, but no matter what Succubus and Mayla don't do anything.

4) Minotaur Overlord (Marry Jerrah and Krathon to rise as a leader of Emek's Rest) - I'm going to assume this needs a female playthrough.

So, are the the first three bugged or there's some hidden requirement?
