How do you Corrupt characters?

I get the general principle but I thought there'd be a corruption guide somewhere but can't find anything even for specific characters the only thing I can find is for certain events like for Meredith ordering her to sleep with a guy haven't gotten to it yet so don't have context but it's on the wiki.

But yeah does anyone know how you corrupt characters, do you have to piss them off or is that tied to affection I'm very confused and would appreciate it if someone created a guide to corrupt each character.
