Report a translation problem
Before I saw this post, there was another post that mentioned placing a new fake wall over the old one fixed it for him, and I was going to try that. So I loaded the game up, went to my save, however, this time the fake wall was accessible again and broke every time I reloaded the game.
I may be pulling hairs here, as I know it's been an issue with other people, but maybe it has something to do with the randomness of the walls durability? That's just my guess though.
I guess it's still broken?
Thanks for raising this issue.
It's currently in the database pending a review.
Sorry for any inconvenience this might cause you in the meantime.
Thank you,

The team have asked me to get a little more information from you to help in their investigation of this problem.
If you're still experiencing this, please respond to confirm the following:
- The prisons that you've had this issue in
- The types of wall that you've experienced this with
- Whether it only seems to affect certain walls
- Whether it only seems to affect certain types of walls (different looking wall tiles)
Any information that you can provide would be appreciated.Thank you,

My problem:
- I dug a wall hole with some forks in my own cell, used first a poster to cover the hole. I put the original wall tile inside some guy's desktop I think, to dispose of it.
- After that, I crafted a Fake Wall Block and put it on the hole instead of the Poster.
The first times I was using it, it was working fine, as I was removing it with the right mouse button and placing it afterwards.
- Then, all of sudden, it stops working and I'm going to explain how it is: It doesn't show any contextual menu saying anything (before, I could read "Fake Wall" or simillar, you know) when you hover the mouse over; you can't either interact with the tile in any way, not even try to dig it with a fork (or another tool) again.
It has ruined my stash behind the walls hahaha it sucks. I thought it had a limited number of uses and I was fine with that, I think it didn't work as intended and this must be some kind of bug. Please look onto it as soon as possible, this is a great game but these kind of bugs can ruin the experience a lot.
Thanks for getting in touch to report this.
The team are after more information about the problem to help understand it better.
If possible, please respond to the questions in my earlier post.
Sorry in the meantime for any problems this might be causing you.

Cell Wall(Back of cell, infront of toilet)
I can confirm that placing another wallblock/fake wall block does fix the issue. I think the problem is that the game shows you a wall is there, but it really isn't. Meaning you could get "caught" with the glitched wall. My problem is that I can't even walk through it either. I don't know if putting a poster down will fix it, but I'm almost out of duct tape so I'm not able to test, haha.
