How do you launch Santa's Sweatshop?

My son wants to play the DLC Santa's Sweatshop and I cannot figure out how to launch it. It is installed. We have escapists. We have tried opening and playing the escapist game and cannot figure out how to get to the sweatshop. Please for the love of all things holy help me!!!!!

Sorry to hear about this confusion.
To play the Santa's Sweatshop, please follow these steps:

• Launch The Escapists
  
• Select Play
  
• Choose Play Game
  
• Click on a New Game slot
  
• Click the 'Star' icon in the top right of the Select a Prison screen
  
• Navigate to Santa's Sweatshop
  
• Click Continue

That should just about do it.

We have the exact same issue. We have followed the steps above, and it doesn't not show up as highlit. We cannot click on it to play the game. Thoughts?

So im having the same problems. I get Jingle cells, and when going through the special prison, the one that says Santa's Sweatshop is also locked

Try to see if the game needs any updates after you press free on the game.

Hello everyone,

Can you please right-click The Escapists in Steam and select Properties.
Select the DLC tab and make sure all the content is installed.

Can you please also verify your game files.
Restart your computer and launch Steam
From the Library section, right-click on the game and select Properties from the menu.
Select the Local files tab and click the Verify integrity of game files... button.
Steam will verify the game's files - this process may take several minutes.

If you get into the game and the content is still not there.
Please uninstall and reinstall the Escapists from Steam.

I got it. for me, i went to it, clicked the button that says free, and the steam poped up. i shut down the game, and when i came back, i had it
