Right click doesn't work

So I just picked up this game and all the DLC. I open the tutorial and the second thing it asks me to do is move the desk with right click. And it doesn't work. I right click and nothing happens. I tried this on my laptop with the trackpad and then with a real mouse, then I brought the mouse to my desktop and tried it there. All three times, nothing. My right click won't work in game. I verified the game cache on my laptop and there wasn't any problem. Any suggestions?

So I rebooted the game, pressed nearly every key on the keyboard to see if there was an alternate to right click, and when I finished, the right click suddenly started working. Is there an "F" key or scroll lock or something that blocks right click?

Sorry to hear about this confusion.
The game should only have this input bound to right-click.
It's not possible to manually change this key binding or restrict it.
It might just have been a loose cable or minor incompatibility issue.
