Powered Screwdriver and Repairing Tools
Hi

Firstly, I just created a powered screwdriver using a screwdriver, battery and wire. When you inspect it it says Unscrewing: 5/5, but it doesn't seem to work on vents or slats.

Bug or am I doing something wrong?

Also I was unable to repair my Sturdy Cutters using a file and duct tape. I searched for it in these forums and saw a post from Developer Chris saying he would add it. Any ideas?

Thank you

1. You must be standing on a desk or a stepladder directly under vents to unscrew them. If you have tried this, tell me. You must move your desk directly UNDER said vent.

2. Chris and his staff may not have gotten around to it as of now. I do know you can upgrade them but I am not aware of any ways of reparing your tools as of this version of alpha.

Did I help? Hope so! Thanks!

As for the slats, you cant unscrew them. They must be cut through.

Yes Okami is correct, but vents are able to be unscrewed using my first comments subsection 1.

Ah, I didn't know you couldn't unscrew slats. Kind of annoying and makes the power screwdriver pretty useless

Not really, you can replace a real vent cover and it will only have 5% durability so you can quickly unscrew it for access. Yeah it will degrade the screwdriver a little but at a much slower rate than going in and out of a fake vent cover would do for the cover.
