Do the other gards have keys on them ?
1st guard: Cell key
2nd guard: Orange key
3rd guard: Purple key
4th guard: Red key (The key you're looking for)
5th guard: Work key
These don't change, and that's why I always name the guards "Officer Cell Key, Officer Red key" and such. If you can remember what you named the fourth guard in the list, you should be able to get the key. I recommend naming your guards like this from now on so that you can avoid situations like these.
I honestly thought they all didn't carry them since I knocked 2 out with Chocolate and I gave up. Still I had more fun trying to work AROUND the key locks than using em.
1st Guard: Officer Juan (One)
2nd Guard: Officer Dood (Dos- In Spanish)
3rd Guard: Officer Tree (Three)
4th Guard: Officer Fork (Four)
5th Guard: Officer Fart (I just have a natural remembrance that Fart=Five)
This isn't as straight forward as "Officer Cell Key" so it requires memorization.
