I found out that wearing a guard outfit allows you to search cells without the camera noticing you. I also think every door in the prison locks at night, so you can't get out of the cell block without the key, or another method.

(Not tested) I think that guards can detect you if your in a guard outfit without a baton.

actually it only allow you to search cell, looting from inmate or doing other ilegal action will still detected by the guard, and beside the guard no longer use baton, they use irremovable "stun gun"

You dont have to use the guard outfit you can use infarmary overalls which is tub of bleach + prisoner outfit.

You can also use duct tape (if you're somehow swimming in it) or shaving cream(which has 5 uses). Irongate has a certain item you must craft to complete your escape as well.

Specifically, you need Balsa Wood to craft a Raft. It has two components:

Sail: 1xTimber + 1xBedsheet
Raft Base: 2xTimber + 1xRope

Crafting these two together with another piece of rope makes you a 'Makeshift Raft' which lets you escape.

I am on the hard motherf**king prison (Not what HMP stands for, but who cares?), and here is what I will do.

You Will Need:
1 Bed Dummy
1 Grappling Hook
1 Makeshift Raft
1 Guard Outfit
1 Plastic Staff Key (Red Key)
Tool(s) able to cut one fence block.

Process:
At lights out, I will leave my bed dummy, then, I will crawl through the ventilation system, leaving a previously made fake vent cover behind covering my tracks. I will go through the slats that I have cut much earlier while in the vents, and go onto the ladder on the right.

From there, I will drop off the roof, sneak to the right to the fence, go down and left until I find a red door. Then, I will go through with my key. I will then find another room with a red door. I will go up the ladder, and go left to a fence. After cutting through, I'll grapple off the wall. Then, go to the dock, deploy my raft, and I'm...
