Can other prisoners escape with you?
I just got a prisoner to like me enough to follow me, and I was wondering if I could escape with them? If I were to get them following me, would they escape with me? Also, due to the fact I couldnt put a guards outfit on them, would they be spotted outside when following me or not?

They won't go past a hole in the wall or fence or into a hole with you.
They just refuse to escape.

Well make sure your fellow inmates doesn't get caught or something (and you) I dunno

I did escaped the first prison and 1 inmate still have enough Opinion about me & still following me after taking over the prison, which we both happened to escape (which apparently the snipers didn't shoot him)

Nope! :)

From my experience, when I dragged a prisoner outside of the prison, the Guards paid no attention. However, since you need to be wearing a guard outfit, your heat will slowly increase due to the fact that you have another prisoner near you. It sorta does that.

If you lead them outside the prison and walk to the edge of the map, successfully escaping, the prisoner will just sorta stand there as the screen turns into the escaped screen. For now, other prisoners can't join your escape, and are limited by being unable to go through tunnels, vents, or holes in the wall/fence. They'd just get stuck.

Well then, you can only escape with an inmate via take over, it seems.

True, it doesn't really make much a difference once you escaped with someone
