You're gonna need some help with this, I guess. Well for starters, you can start by telling me what type of Graphics Card you have. NVIDIA, AMD or some other brand?
To find out, go to the start menu, then open all programs and look for Accessories>System Tools>System Information. Once you find System Information, click on it and a new window should open.
Next, in this new window titled "System Information", you should see a short list on the left side of the window. At the top, it'll say "System Summary" and beneath that will be some collapsed lists with + symbols next to them. Find where it says "Components" and click the plus symbol next to it. A menu should drop down from it which should, among various other menus, have a selection that says "Display". Click on display and it will change the information on the right side of the screen.
Once you've opened the Display menu, search through the properties in the right side of the window and look for "Adapter Description". Copy what it says in this "Adapter Description" section and post back here with what it said.
Well, looks like we're taking the complicated route here. You've got an integrated GPU, which basically means, a tiny graphics card on your processor. Sadly, I've never used an integrated GPU, so I wouldn't know where you'd find the control panel for it.
You've gotta find the control panel for your GPU. You can try a few solutions.
For starters, try right clicking on your desktop and the dropdown menu that appears may have something like "Intel Graphics control panel" or otherwise. There might be an option like that. If there is, bring it up and tell me what you can see in this new window that appears.
Next up, you can try bringing up Windows control panel. To do so, open the start menu in the lower left corner of the screen and look for the "Control Panel" option. Click on that to start up the control panel and then examine all the options in the window. Now, if you were using a branded graphics card, you'd easily be able to see "NVIDIA control panel" or "AMD control panel", but sadly, I don't know what to look for with your integrated GPU. Search the control panel and check for any options that might say "Graphics control panel", "Intel graphics control panel" or "Intel Graphics". I don't know exactly what it'll say, but the control panel for your GPU might be there.
Sorry that I can't provide a more straightforward answer, but I don't know how your GPU works, so I can't tell where the control panel for it is. If you do happen to find something that looks like a GPU control panel however, then tell me.
