Disabling the jeep?
In San Pancho, the prison payphone guy says: The permiter jeep can be temporary disabled with makeshift stinger!

What is the makeshift stinger, and how can I disable the permiter jeep?

You need two nails and some duct tape for the stinger, as for how it actually works, I don't know.

I have found a crafting note about the stinger. I think, it would be funny if you place it down at the jeep's patrol area. The jeep's wheel are going to blow then...

And the guards would be happy about that! :)

The stinger strip actually stops the jeep temporarily. To use it you just drop it on the ground like you'd do with any other item

I didn't bother. Just wear a guards costume and stay mainly the other side of the road.

Use the escapists gamepedia, it lists all the crafting recipies, items and other stuff.

But the gamepedia don't tell me anything about the stinger. The gamepedia about the escapists, is missing so many Items...

I think it's not wise to go out of San Pancho by digging near the indestructible outer walls, because if you step on a mine, you're basically pwned. My idea is to...wait...oh. The mines.

Sorry.
I originally came here because I wanted to know how long a perimeter jeep stays in its place after you pop the tires.
