How to Get Guards to Like you?

A guard has 17 opinion of me because I once beat him up and as a result he keeps removing my bedsheets covering my cell exposing the hole I am currently digging. Does anybody know how to increase a guards opinion?

Spam left click on him to slowly gain OPN. Also you gain some OPN after each night.

You just have to be patient. Guards stop taking bed sheets with 40+ OPN.

I'll give it a try. I guess patience is a virtue....but is there seriously no other faster way? O.o

Nope. That's why beating up guards when you have something to hide in your cell isn't always the best idea.

You can give them weapons, like comb shivs and toothbrush shivs. You can also give them rakes and mops. They like those.

Oh... Guess I've either been hallucinating, or playing the Xbox One version :P

It goes up by 2.5 each morning rollcall, also it wil go up if you attend the whole of one period by one, but also go down by around 5 (3 in CP, 4 in Stalag/Fhurst, 5 in the rest, but 10 in Irongate) if you miss a period, along with some heat. That's what I can tell from my playing. Also, if you want a key or something, use other inmates. If recruited inmates attack a guard for you, their opinion of you will stay the same. Lot better than hot chocolate, which drops OPN to 0.

Also, for inmates, remember - Chicken is a weapon of mass OPN (+9 per!!!)
