How to unlock the blue prison?

I got this game expecting three prisons. I have the early access version, and apparently there's a third prison, and it has blue walls and stuff. That's about all I know about it other than that they used said prison for the trailer of the game. It has blue walls and is enclosed entirely.

Basically, I don't know how to get it. Is it an actual prison that comes with early access? I've been trying to beat Fhurst peak incase that would unlock it. If that does unlock it, I'm going to speedrun Fhurst Peak, but If not, I want to do a full detailed escape, and I'm kinda wondering now.

As another question, I already saw someone who was playing in Shankton State, and he mentioned that he couldn't wait for the early access so he could get more prisons, so I'm wondering if the Shankton State was in some kind of Pre-Alpha version that wasn't in the early access?

Yes, I believe so.
Also, I hope shankton is revamped for the early access, because frankly it looked a lot worse than any of the new prisons, so I wouldn't like to have it as the ugly buggy cousin next to the cool textured prisons.
