what is the hammer for?
it can be used as a weapon,but what does the 100% mean /:

Hold shift whilst hovering your mouse over an item to find out it's stats, if it has any.

3/5 means that it is the 3rd best of that type of item. Also, they might be planning to use the hammer as a chipping tool in the future, or for a new dlc map. So, that may be the reason for the 100% on the tooltip for the hammer.
