Are there console commads or "cheat" codes

Hi,

There are some thing I would like to test out and try. however it can be a slow process if you need to get to the senario within the games boundries.

So I wonder if there are console commands to automatically give an item, change peoples opinions etc.. I'm sure there is the devs would use it for testing, however if its appropriate for the public is another matter I guess.

If not an editing mode in the future would be cool.
