How to get up/down the vent?

Can I jump down and go back up without leaving enything it would be great, but I don't know how. Can you help me?

You need to break the vent cover first, screw driver seems to be the fastest item to use. You also need to make a fake vent cover for when you exit the vent otherwise you'll get cought out.

To make the fake vent cover you need, toilet roll or delux and super glue, you need x2 of that, once you've combined them cratf the 2 new items together and you get a fake vent cover. Move the player desk underneath the vent and click on screw driver or whatever item you're using and then click on the vent until it breaks, then you'll see a yellow arrow, click it and you're inside the vent.

Best bet is doing it at night, so make a bed dummy and put it on the bed and then go up, don't forget to put the fake cover on or you'll get caught.

Also, if you want to access a vent and you don't have a desk or other furniture to stand on, look for a step-ladder.

This item is sometimes sold by other inmates. It can be placed on the ground where ever you like and lets you get up high enough to reach the vent system. It is very handy for getting back into a vent after you drop into a locked room from above, or to cover your tracks, since any open vent will get you thrown in solitary when the guards notice it.

Step-ladders are contraband and guards will pick up your ladder if they spot it on the ground. Don't just leave it unattended in a public space.
