At the moment, there are only green, yellow, orange, red and purple keys, the latter may not work properly due to a bug.

Thank's. Another question then lol Do any of those key's open those complex doors to the upper yard? it locks at night and it "look's" like a blue padlock.

Purple key is what you need, unluckily it's the one that doesn't seem to work...Or at least that's what i've read.
On the other side of that door there is the gate and two fences with red doors, so you'll also need the red door key or another pair of cutters as you can't take down the fence.

Cheer's.

By the way, just to make the world a little better place to read...
*keys
*colours
*cheers
key's means property of key
colour's means property of colour
cheer's means property of cheer

Sorry for the grammar-nazi message but i really had to. x)

I gotta say, as a colorblind individual, I had a hard time telling some keys and locks apart. I still am not entirely sure which ones are which. Mainly yellow and green, but orange was a little tricky too. I think it would be much easier if the locks said what type of key they need when you mouse over them as the keys do. That or they can be different shapes or something.

(Sorry this drags on for far too long in advance)
I can clear things up a bit.
Work key=Green and unlocks all job areas in the prison. If you have the job already, you can bypass this.
Cell Key=Yellow and unlocks doors that are locked during lights out.
Staff Key=Red and unlocks areas only staff can enter, such as areas with the Employment Officer, Medic and the medical supplies, etc.
Entrance Key=Purple and lets you get outside assuming the prison is mainly indoors but going outside is an option, with prisons such as Center Perks as an example.
Utility Key=Orange and lets you get to places such as blocked off vent areas, areas with the generator to turn off electric fences and such, so on and so forth.
As for the Blue/White doors, well, they're a different story. I'll refer to them as the Master door and Guard door respectively.
Guard doors are areas only guards can go into, the player can bypass this if you wear a Guard's outfit.
The Master door is only an area that prison staff can enter, there is no key for it, and it cannot be opened under standard circumstances. the only way this door will open, unless you hack the game in some way, is to initiate a prison takeover and the warden will open the door.
Knowing all of this to me is pretty obvious with 50+ hours of gameplay time on the game.
Thanks for reading this far, and you're welcome for clearing things up.

(Note: The only way to obtain these keys is to knock out the guards carrying them, which can be difficult as hell, but you can't just keep it after knocking the guard out, as when they wake up, you'll be sent to solitary. So, if you plan to use the key to go through with escaping, you'll need to bring along a Wad of Putty and Molten Plastic. A Wad of Putty can be crafted by combining a Tub of Talcum Powder and a Tube of Toothpaste, and Molten Plastic can be crafted with a Comb and a Lighter. So, to use the key without being sent to solitary is to knock the guard out with the key you want, take the key, and as quickly as you can, open the crafting menu. Combine the Key with the Wad of Putty to make a Key Mold, and combine the Key Mold with the Molten Plastic and you'll get a Plastic Key. After you make the Plastic Key, put the original Key back on the guard.)
