They don't have keys because they're one door from freedom. To acquire that key would mean instant freedom, basically. So they'd be OP. That's why we don't have them.
Doesn't that get boring as ♥♥♥♥ doing again and again...
You seem to be having some trouble with the game, Prince. If you want, I you could add me as a friend and I could be to you like a Pokedex was to Ash in the original Pokemon series. Basically, a personal guide...
There are a lot of ways to sneak out of prison, but they all require a lot of planning. Unfortunately, digging a straight tunnel to freedom is one of the simplest but most long winded-solutions, however, on some future maps, reinforced concrete underground will prevent you from digging further so you'll have to plan around it, and on future maps, you may have as much as up to 20 guards, and a 20 guard prison takeover is, to underestimate drastically, pretty ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hard.
There are other solutions involving, but not limited to of course, grappling hooks, ziplines, stinger strips and escaping with a raft.
You're forgetting Fhurst Peak.

You can stealth your way out on most maps, however it requires a few keys to get to generator, some sturdy cutters, a bit of luck and a lot of timing.
