First, make some putty out of toothpaste and talcum powder (both can be bought or found in desks). Then, knock out a guard, take the key off their body (there are five keys, so if you're in a prison with more than five guards they won't all have keys, keep going until you find one that does), combine the key with the putty to make the mould, then put the key back on the guard's body or you'll automtically get sent to solitary when they wake up.
