Nothing built into the game, and any third party software that allows cheating/hacking will likely get you banned, especially if you use it in servers.

If you are in creative mode or the editor then you can easily spawn in whatever you like. In adventure mode you can always trade with other players if you need help gathering resources. I recommend joining the Ylands Discord and asking in the trade channel there, lots of active and friendly players there who will be willing to help you, sometimes even for free.

The editor is a separate thing entirely, you can use it to create custom maps and build things and save them as blueprints to then bring into adventure mode but it can't be used to give yourself infinite resources.

somehow the game is not functinal . . . iam toxic actually . . ive lost some materials, than som e material has been duplicated. . . its about connection or reconnection ... and the sad thing is that this game set my craftig archievements sometimes back or it does not save it when iam coming online . . . may some funtions arent longer functional if you not restarting the game every half hour . but in this shadow [between mats in ship and map transfering] somwhere you can create your bugusercheat of duplication
