Where do you find zirconium ?

I have found that Zirconium is found on tier 2 islands. That isn't certain but a good rule of thumb. And Copper is on tier 3. I imagine its a bit variable. You may have to go deep. Bring dirt to make barriers. You could use blocks and make a small tower in a cave too.

found in polar island, underground, it's gray. no screenshot, steam overlay makes my game laggy.
